Who we are

What we collect

• **Contact form submissions.** The name, email address, topic and message you send us. We use these
• only to reply to your enquiry.
• **Server logs.** Standard web server request logs, which may include IP address, user agent and
• requested URL, retained for security and diagnostics.
• **Session cookie.** A single session cookie is used to protect the contact form against cross-site
• request forgery. It carries no personal data and expires when you close your browser.

We do not run advertising trackers or profiling scripts on this site.

Third parties

• **Amazon.** When you follow a "View on Amazon" link, Amazon receives your request and applies its
• own privacy policy and cookies. Our affiliate tag tells Amazon the visit came from us. We do not
• receive any personal information about you from Amazon.
• **Product data provider.** We obtain product reference data from a third-party data service. This
• is a server-to-server process that involves no visitor data whatsoever.

Legal basis and retention

Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent in submitting it, and is retained only as
long as needed to handle the enquiry. Server logs are retained on a short rolling window.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Write to
hello@printerguide.alphabyte.org and we will respond within one month.
