Editorial Policy
How articles are researched, which products get referenced, and how corrections are handled.
Independence
PrinterGuide Hub is an independent publisher. No manufacturer, retailer or agency has any control over, or
advance sight of, what we publish. We do not accept payment for inclusion, for placement, or for a
particular conclusion.
How products are selected for reference
When an article references specific printers, they are chosen on editorial grounds: relevance to the
article's subject, and aggregate customer rating and review volume from public retail data. Reference
data such as ratings is refreshed periodically from a third-party data provider so the figures we
show stay current.
We publish no prices, no availability, no offers and no comparison filters. This site is a reference,
not a catalogue.
How articles are researched
From publicly available manufacturer documentation, published specifications, and general technical
knowledge. Where guidance varies between models, we say so and defer to the documentation supplied
with your specific printer.
Limits of our guidance
Our troubleshooting and setup content is general educational information. It is not a substitute for
manufacturer support, and following it is at your own discretion. We are not an authorised support
provider for any manufacturer, we provide no support services, and we have no access to your device,
warranty or account.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Send the article and the specific error to
